itison vouchers should be redeemed when a customer is in your business or you have fulfilled an order, and not upon booking/placing an order (you can use our 'booked' status for that!)
It is important that you start redeeming your vouchers as soon as your first itison customers are through the door or you have processed your first orders as this will trigger your payment plan and make sure you receive quick and regular payments from us.
Redeeming vouchers is easy to do via our desktop or mobile apps and will require either the QR code or voucher code and verification PIN from the voucher, our members will be instructed to give you their PIN on arrival at the venue.
You can add as many of your team as you need with a designated 'staff' access level for those who should only redeem vouchers and not see any other analytics or financial details.
